Refund policy

All products sold by Soul-inked are made-to-order. This means each item is custom produced specifically for your order.

Because of this, all sales are final and we operate a strict no-returns, no-refunds, and no-exchanges policy for customer-related issues, while still protecting you in the case of genuine product faults.


SECTION 1 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You selected the wrong product or variant
- You change your mind after purchase
- Buyer’s remorse
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
- Lost or Stolen Packages
All items are custom-made per order and cannot be restocked or resold.

Exceptions may apply only if:
- The item is defective
- The item is misprinted
- The item is damaged in transit
In these cases, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence, your order number and a short description of the issue.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.


SECTION 2 - REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
Refunds are only issued if:
- A replacement is not possible, OR
- A claim is verified and cannot be resolved with a replacement
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank.


SECTION 3 - REPLACEMENTS (IF APPROVED)
If your claim is approved:
- A free replacement will be issued at no cost to you
- You may not be required to return the original item, depending on the situation
- Replacements are processed as a new order production

We reserve the right to:
- Request additional evidence
- Deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive


SECTION 4 - SHIPPING ISSUES (LOST/RETURNED/UNCLAIMED)
Incorrect address submissions:
- You are fully responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Your order may be returned
- Reshipping costs will be your responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier first.
We are not responsible for:
- Stolen packages
- Incorrect delivery locations once marked delivered
However, we will review the situation and assist where possible.

Unclaimed shipments:
If an order is not claimed and returned, reshipping costs apply.
Unclaimed items may be disposed of without refund.


SECTION 5 - EU CONSUMER RIGHTS (IMPORTANT)
For customers in the European Union:
Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
Custom-made or personalized goods
Sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons
As all Soul-inked products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted under EU cooling-off laws.


SECTION 6 - CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
By placing an order with us, you agree to:
Contact us first at info@soul-inked.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute
Comply with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service

You acknowledge that:
- All products are made-to-order and are subject to our strict no-refund policy for customer errors (including incorrect size, item selection, or change of mind)
- Initiating a chargeback for a valid order that complies with our policies may be considered a violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to:
- Dispute any chargeback with evidence, including order confirmation, proof of delivery, and acceptance of our policies
- Provide this agreement and related policies to payment providers as evidence
- Restrict or refuse future orders from customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks
- Refuse future service for abusive behavior
